Today is:

Living rural means long nights, long distances, and slow response times by Emergency Services. I’m offering a simple service to help keep our area safer — and to get me out of the house and doing something useful for the community that I've been part of for in excess of 14 years.

What I do

  • Regular drive‑by checks around the Kairangi loop and side roads down to Roto-O-Rangi School
  • Observe from the road only without stopping/drive by (so no disturbing stock or sleepers)
  • Keep an eye out for anything unusual
  • & Keeping an eye out for Stock on the road & road damage, trees/wires/fences down after storms
  • Contact you and call Police or Appropriate Emergency Service if needed

What I don’t do

  • No driving onto private property
  • No confrontation or chasing
  • No acting as Police or security

Just eyes, ears, and a friendly local presence.

Just a Donation is good

$20 per month which helps cover the fuel costs and wear and tear on the vehicle etc

If you’d like to make a donation, please send txt with your name, and address here in Rotoorangi. to Frans at 027 608-1480

I shall then come and meet you so you know who I am, what I look like, and what I'm driving.

Looking forward to meeting all you locals that I haven't yet met.

Thank you
